I created SURYA to help people. My name is Monika and for many years I was looking for a way to bring more light in a people's lives. As an answer to my personal problems, I discovered yoga. I understood really quick, that yoga is not only set of exercises, but mostly way of thinking. Yoga helped me feel better physically, mentally and in general to see world in a completely different way. I have finally found the way to help others! As a certificated yoga teacher (RYT 200) I can help you to improve not only physical condition but also connect with your body and emotions. Yoga is a lifelong journey and that's the most beautiful part of this adventure. Classes are INDIVIDUAL and created with attention for YOUR needs.

To make my way of helping people more multifaceted, I took massage courses which gave me skills to relax your body trough balinese, lomi lomi or ayurvedic massage.
